We will ship from our nearest fulfillment center. Our default time for delivery is 2-3 days. Parcels shipped from Ireland can take up to 5 days for USA

We use Paypal for all our payments. It is safe, guaranteed and you can pay direct with your credit card if you do not have a Paypal account

We have a no quibble guarantee and will offer a full refund of the original purchase on receipt of the returned item – no questions asked

We use Paypal for all payments. It costs us 10% of the purchase price but it is worth it for the security it offers our customers.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Do it before 15.00 next day and we will get it changed. Later than that and its going to be shipped.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest ordering is allowed on our site and Paypal allow payment by credit card if you do not have a Paypal account.

How if my slippers don’t fit?
We will send you the next size up – no problem. There is the little unpleasantness of the return postage cost. Sorry! but remember we have to do it twice.
