First off, if you find a fault with the product, just drop us a note. We will put things right to your full satisfaction

If, for any reason, you have changed your mind – again, we will put it right. The very last thing we want to see are unhappy customers.

If you don’t like it, that’s our fault. Our product is falling short.

We will make the process as painless as possible

Return the item to us in the original packaging and we will refund the purchase price less outgoing postage, you just pay the return postage cost.

Sorry to be mean but the quibbling starts after 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a ‘change of mind’ return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We will ask you to pay the outgoing postage but we will pay postage on your replacement

We send the refund to the bank card of your purchase.
